Data retrieval

• via the list of extracted point mutations
• via snake-like plots of amino acid sequences in the GPCRDB, CMBI, The Netherlands - white circles link to tinyGRAP.
• via tinyGRAP in Tromsø, Norway.
• via mutant information query or advanced query form at Darmstadt, Germany. ( no longer active/updated)
• via mutant query and submission system in the GPCRDB, CMBI. (searches are performed on the subset of entries submitted via the submission system) ( no longer active)

Data submission

• via automatic submission system for mutants in the GPCRDB, CMBI. This is currently for point mutations only. For help, contact Margot Beukers (beukers@chem.leidenuniv.nl) or Øyvind Edvardsen (edvard@fagmed.uit.no).( no longer active)

Previous mutant databases

• GRAP database in Tromsø - original articles up to approximately mid 1995. There is no information on the effect of mutation.
• via NIH mutation database at NIH - last update was 10th January 1997.
